This is a “cache” (temporary storage) issue where your new photo is probably uploaded A-OK but your browser still uses the old photo from cache. After deciding on your new profile photo and logging-in:
- edit your profile
- click “choose photo” button to upload your new photo
- click “submit” button to save your new photo
- clear your browser’s cache (often under your browser’s “File” or “Tools” menus)
- “refresh” or reload the page to see your new photo
