Create questionnaire for members to tape informally at home… via webcam, etc… as another way for visitors to gauge their personalities for projects.
Informal is key— use webcam recording service like Flixn.com or new YouTube.com webcam upload to embed directly into CastingNotes™ site.
Make questionnaire into two segments: 1st seg is short, with just a few key/fun questions; 2nd is totally optional and might ask more informal/fun questions to elicit personality, like:
Example Interview Questions
- Why did you choose to be a performer/director/etc?
- What types of roles do you see yourself playing/performing/creating/etc?
- What is one major mistake from your past that you do not regret?
- What is one of your best successes?
- What is one misconception people often have of you?
- In 5 years, what would you like to be doing?
- What’s your favorite movie/play/performance?
Finally, create a “PERFORMERS …by interview” menu item and page that lists these casual interviews (have to think about what search filters to expose since this content would not be text based; maybe filter by questions?).

BTW, style borrowed from “Inside the Actors Studio” style (originally pioneered by French TV personality Bernard Pivot), here they are meant to be done by any member, alone or with interviewer, at anytime via webcam, and re-recorded/updated as often as desired. The latter may be useful to watch as new members progress in their careers.
